Founded in 1987 for the construction of aluminium vessels for transporting passengers, the shipyard has been carrying out naval refitting, repairs and maintenance since 1992. Presided over by Denis PELLIGRINO since 2009, the company has been owned by the French holding company NEPTEAM since 2011. IMS Shipyard has established itself as a leading player in the sector, particularly appreciated for its serious attitude, the quality of relationships with its clients and its capacity for respecting quote prices and deadlines. IMS Shipyard has become the official base for After-Sale Support for a number of international yacht builders. At the heart of the Toulon bay (South of France), the shipyard is opening 80 additional berths to accommodate up to 100 yachts from twenty to eighty metres in length on its two sites. The shipyard will be ready to receive the first yachts at the end of 2014. With the name of IMS700, along with IMS300 it will be the largest refit yard of the Mediterranean.
